Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are accepted for advance on-line and phone purchases. Tickets are also available for purchase at the Visitor Center Information Desk on-site at the Chicago Botanic Garden.

Your purchase will appear on your credit card statement as “The Chicago Botanic Garden Wine Festival”

Tickets purchased in advance will be sent directly to the address provided.

Tickets purchased after May 27th will be held at Will Call located at the Festival Entrance.

The last day for on-line or phone orders is Friday, June 6th. ON-LINE ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AFTER THAT DATE.

Phone orders end at 5:00PM on Friday, June 6th

Due to Festival set-up, we will not be able to return any phone calls/messages left after 5:00PM on Friday, June 6th.

TICKETS WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON-SITE AT THE CHICAGO BOTANIC GARDEN THROUGH SUNDAY JUNE 8th. THIS FESTIVAL DOES NOT SELL OUT AS WE HAVE NUMEROUS ACRES TO WORK WITH.

All ticket sales are final, there are no refunds. The festival takes place ‘rain or shine”.
